The 1890s Victorian had been in the same family for almost 80 years. A fire in the 1930s destroyed the attic and turret which were replaced with an uncharacteristic flat roof. The new work consisted of replacing the attic and turret as well as a complete remodel of the home. Vintage detailing was restored to bring out the beauty of the original home. Roof decks and a solarium were added.
